Just returned from SAFS.  If you ever get the chance you need to go.  Training provided by The Army rifle team.  Great two days of class room and shooting training.

I can't speak for the rifle school, but the pistol school was nothing more than basic information that anyone with more than a basic level of instruction is already familiar with. Not that it isn't good to get a refresher now and then....
