Not a lot of details. I'm surprised the media even made mention of the fact that one person had a CCW and that it was LEGAL! I'm going to make a big leap here and give my prediction that it was the other guy and not the CCW holder that shot the bystander. If it had been the CCW holder there would have already been a mass outcry and a call to ban CCW. It still amazes me that after 15 rounds that neither of these guys could hit each other and all they hit was a bystander.

[size=3][b]Shooting erupts in drug store parking lot[/b[/size=3]

SEATTLE – Gunfire erupted at a bus stop in Seattle’s White Center area Monday evening, hitting an innocent bystander as he walked into a drug store.

The dramatic shootout outside the Bartell’s drug store involved two men, both of whom had guns.

The two men were sitting at a bus stop where they first exchanged words, then gunfire. At least 15 rounds were fired in the Bartell’s parking lot. One of these shots hit an innocent bystander as he was walking into the store.

The victim was shot as his family with three children was sitting in the car watching.

“One pulled a gun on the other person, and so he pulled his gun, and the fight was on. One gun was on the second shooter and he has a concealed weapons permit, so it was legal for him to carry the weapon,” said Sgt. John Urquhart.

One of the shooters has been taken in for questioning. Police did not say if he will be arrested because he claimed he fired in self-defense.

The other shooter fled on foot and is still at large.

The shooting victim was taken to the hospital, but the injuries are not life-threatening.

They must've taken the CCW-holder in for questioning, since he obviously didn't flee.  And they haven't decided whether to arrest him yet, so the jury's still out on whether this one will turn out positive or negative.
