Basically all of the polls have Bush ahead. If you believe that the journalists are creating news by keeping the polls tight to create drama you can conclude two things.

1 Bush is ahead
2 When Bush wins by a bigger than expected margin the news folks can claim they were right but were "surprised" by the margin of victory.

This is going very good for us. It's better to be ahead two days out than behind.

I am mad at myself for being so worked up about this,
But, then again, this is the most important election in my life and I just need to be reassured that Kerry is NOT going to be president.
Does that make me a pussy?

No - makes you a concerned American.

I am one nervous little bitch. How can I not be when 40+% of voters will willingly vote for a traitor?

Thanks for the updates, HR!

Think national numbers versus electoral. If we lead by 30 points in Wyoming... what is that, like 10 more people? Dems have a concentration of their support in a few large states... NY, Mass, Illinois, California... Does it matter if they win by one vote or a couple million? The electoral apportionment is the same,

Bottom line, because of population distributions of voters, we can lose the popular vote and win the electoral vote. The democrats can't say that.

I know everybody is worried by the fraud potential, but we are going to fight it as best we can and what will be will be. The point is we all do our part, get out and vote, get others to the polls... make sure we have huge republican turn-out! We almost lost 2000 because turnout was low. In 2002 our turnout was high and we clobbared them.

Those that are Evangelical, make sure you get your brothers and sisters to the polls! In 2000 3 million Evangelicals did not vote! We can;t have that this time.

Oh, and if you can, volunteer to help your local county/state party on Tues...

In WI we need phone callers, poll watchers, etc....

Bush 49, Kerry 46

The article begins okay...

In a CBS News/New York Times poll out Sunday, President Bush has the support of 49 percent of likely voters to 46 percent for John Kerry.

Forty-nine percent of likely voters think Mr. Bush will win, to 33 percent who bet on Kerry. More voters see the president as strong, a man in tune with their priorities, someone who says what he thinks. Fifty-five percent approve of the president's handling of the war on terrorism.

So the poll seems to be pretty bad news for Kerry, and good news for Mr. Bush.

Then the other 90% of the article is all CBS commie liberal spin...

Doesn't matter...Bush will get at least 300 EVs...BUSH WINS EASILY!!!
