Both not my style but if I had to choose it would be the second one.
Cookie Cutter home get the one different than all the others. I would go with A.
Doesn't look like it gets a lot of natural light..... But elevation B of the two.

Flip a coin? Which has a better view? View Quote Do you want to drive in the garage on the right or left. Which lot will they build either on? Any lot or choose your lot and pick which they'll build on there. ETA I like B because of the stone. Those fake ass blocks? What is that trying g to even interpret? Yall got some ugly ass houses up there. No offense. Not your fault. |
Those are the same house. I guess get whichever your neighbor doesn't have.
Neither one, Both look cheesy. I'd get a brick house instead. In fact that's what I did when I had my house built. Brick lasts a lot longer and is tougher. The only part of my house that I don't like is the bedroom wall where they didn't use brick and only put up that crappy sheet metal siding. All of the other walls are all brick.

Neither..neighbors are to close. Why do you want people looking in your window while you are shaving in the morning..

B FOR SURE
A has those fake ass cable wannabe stone things. Landscape B and you’ve got something. FBHO up his pink area |
It looks nice. Not as nice as all of the 7500 sq ft homes on a hundred acres that everyone on arfcom has, but congrats.
B those things on the corners of A are going to be styrofoam with stucco over it and sooner or later they are going to leak water in on the tops of the squares.
"B" with the gable end vents painted in contrasting color like "A".
I usually go for the stone but of the two i like the one without. I dont think the stone suits that design. I would go with a and put bushes in front of the house
If it were me....I'd go with neither and just do plain stucco. I like the basic southwestern U.S. home style though.

So this will be my lot. It will have a three car instead of a two car. I also will not have any neighbors on the right side or in the back of me. The neighbor on the left side will be 65 feet away, so I have some nice privacy considering this is a track home development. My lot size is 12,400sf . Here is a picture of the foundation. And the crazy BLM desert view of my back yard. I can go shooting within minutes. My lot # is 1547, you can see how I have some privacy. https://i.imgur.com/5RwLPPw.jpg https://i.imgur.com/mszrcDJ.jpg View Quote |

No neighbors on the right or in front ever though which is nice

It absolutely looks better without either - like this picture you posted. https://i.imgur.com/6vwUKJF.jpg Both of the other options look like cheap add ons. View Quote If you like the looks of B...just save yourself a bunch of $$$ and go get a double-wide trailer. |

Pick the one with the better lot, view, or direction based on prevailing wind and sunlight.
If all equal, B. |

Great view of the BLM land. Until the next subdivision pops up. Ask me how I know. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Dang that's small. Make sure that there is a ditch between your house and that hill.
Specs on the house?
What is the price range for something like that? |
Plain. Not enough stone to matter, and gives bugs a place to hide.

I think I'd want a big picture window or something. |

Not a big deal either way. Either are good. Which one had the better view or lot
Ah, found it. Looks like those two windows up front are for two different bedrooms. Personally? I would take the office option as well:

Voted B, but the plain one you posted farther down is better. And I agree with subnet about the windows.

I think it would look a lot better without either the POS weird ass quoining that makes absolutely no sense or the bizarre afterthought water table of stone that doesn't belong anywhere.
Is that an option? |
