Why should Paypal care that you sold a PSA brand short wave radio receiver?  You know, the one that fits under the transmitter?

That is what I would tell them.

Did you tell the guy to send it "discreet"? If so, refund it and ask for a different form of payment.

This.
I won't use Paypal for a firearm (or firearm parts) transaction.

Refund money asap.  And tell them in the notes during refund to please send you a money order

Email them and tell them they are pathetic dick worms, and should never get on a computer again.

If you overuse the gift option, they will call you out on it.

If you must use PayPal (seems all the other PayPal alternatives prohibit firearms transactions, too ), perhaps you should send the buyer an invoice, and tell him to reference only the invoice number when putting in the PayPal transaction.

People are going to be mighty leery about a new payment service after the last fiasco

I have no affiliation with PistolPay, just know it works and is focused around security and the transfer of funds for guns and other high value items.  Take a look at site and make your own decision. Just another option, FWIW.

Pro tip..Send the buyer an invoice yourself...dont just send him your email and let him send a payment. If you send an invoice or a payment request only you control what it says, not the potential idiot buyer.
