He is the guy that buys preban Colt Sporters from private parties tfor around $900.00 - $1,000.00 then parts them out at around $800.00 per lower and $500.00 per upper, right?

Nothing wrong with that. Except he is parting out a semi collectable rifle so some wannabe can build an M4 frankengun.
