CNN just gave some speech excerpts that are from tonight's speech.  Sounds like Bush will continue tough tone and say "this war is against terrorist groups and the countries that harbor them".  

Couple this with Iran's refusal to use their airspace(not that it is needed).  I think Iran's early lipservice to us has vanished, and they might see US warplanes in their airspace whether they like it or not!

Iran is not a threat anymore, they've gone "moderate". It's likely we'll end up arming them again (like under the Shah), to keep the balance of power against Iraq. The beat goes on.
