Yes he is, but if you read through the site's news and check out his links, the daily map is beginning to make me suspicious. Don't get me wrong, I still like the final results, but I am getting a bit queazy about the angle of this site, and the process he is using to select one poll over another.

Kerry has pulled ads in four battleground states: AZ, LA, MO, and Arkansas. Effectively he's conceeding them so he can concentrate on the remaining states.

Good.

I think the rapid fluctuation we've seen over the last 24 hours proves that yesterday was a complete fluke. You don't go from having a 10 point edge one day,. to behind the next, to back ahead the next.

Same for the rapid change in electoral votes. People aren't changing their mind that quickly. LOL.

ARG also released a bunch of state polls which seem biased towards Kerry.

I feel bad about living in a BLUE state.

Click on a state and you'll get the regression analysis along with a final prediction based upon all the polls used in that state.  Also click on the final projected map which is a combination of all the regression analysis for every state.  Yes he swaps polls in and out as the latest one arrives, but the regression analysis factors ALL of those polls in to paint a more precise picture.  Also the website owner is a Kerry backer, but seems to be fair in his analysis.  He also will not use any poll that utilizes push-polling that will skew the results.

I'll admit that the website owner seems fair in his analysis. And I like the features of the state by state regression analysis, separate poll maps, and the other features. What I didn't particularly care for was his suggestion to unregistered college students that they view the map, and then decide whether they should register in their home state or the state where they are attending college (depending upon  which state has a closer race).

In my mind that is unethical. One should register to vote based upon one'spermanent address - unlike a few politicos on BOTH sides of the aisle.

The more Kerry and his hag run their mouths the more people will get disgusted and vote for Bush.

Kerry has already ceased TV campaign aids in many of the "Battle Ground" states like Missouri. Maybe he has seen the light and has finally realized that America doesn't want a flip-flopping, liberal, dog-faced asshat :)

Disagree. That 10pt edge was from none other than Gallup.
The swarm of refuting polls in the last 48hrs are ALL from Far-left / Loberal-supporting agencies such as Zogby. And his shit was so blatantly biased and ultimately far from the reality in the CA Recall election that it was laughable.

I thought Zogby was a Republican. In any case, back during (IIRC) the '96 election Zogby got it right.
