I saw a guy at the county fair doing a demonstration with them... It was pretty cool!  He could snap a cigarette out of people's mouths, etc..  The crack was awesome!

Depends on how hard she hits you with it and whether or not you like it.

Is he the guy in the Maplethorn pict of the guy bent over with a bullwhip up the arse? Making parents proud 1 act after another...

I just think it would be interesting to learn how to be semi accurate with one. I have been doing a lot of archery in yard lately looking for a new thing to learn.

Not sure but I bet if that same book were put out today the pictures inside would be a whole lot different.

Try spanking first, before you crack her with one of those.

I've learned to use one from an early age, my family raises cattle so I've used a bull whip often when we have to heard the cattle.  I can say that it's neat when you get the hang of it, but it's definately painful trying to learn   I've had the whip come back several times and hit me in the face, lets just say thats not fun at all.....

I have been around some folks learning to use them...
They are much more dynamic in person than in the movies... lots of mass and energy coming your way.

watch for flying rocks

A guy from whom I learned kickboxing created a form (which he used in competition!) around a pair of bull whips (9 ft?? - sorry, age/memory issues).  When those things cracked, people really paid attention.
