Bullpup - AR15.COM

I want a bullpup but something hard to find and really cool. I have seen a gyrojet bull pup but ammo was like $7 a pop and have seen a 50bmg semi auto but didnt get me going.

Whats the coolest bullpup one can buy with out a class 3.

High Standard? The light mount may be a bit outdated, but it's still cool and a dedicated bullpup.

I have heard that the M17(?) from bushmaster is pretty reliable.

AUGs are ok but they are pretty expensive.

I *think* that there is a kit to make an AK into a bullpup.

I have a Mossberg/Maverick 12 ga. pump shotgun bullpup that I considered selling a short time ago.

Snipley if your not interested in Zog's bullpup, I might be.

I to like those different or unusual guns.

Kurt has some nice upgrades for the Bushmaster 17. It's on my future list.

Get a British LA80, in 5.56. They are very scarce, however, very unreliable.

I thought the Mossberg was an aftermarket setup. Looks cool, but I'm not sure about the conversions. K-Var has the AK conversions.

I had one. I really liked it, but beware it is heavy and does not adapt to modern optics easily. There is no provision for mounting anything on the carry handle and you would have to remove anything you adapted every time you cleaned it. (The plastic housing is a 2 piece clamshell design)

The AK conversion is nice.

Unlike other conversions, this one makes the gun feel like it was designed to be a bullpup.

Balance is great.

Trigger is a little sloppy though. Perhaps a little fine tuning would fix it.

$400-$500+ depending on condition.

I upgraded mine to the longer mag tube. Mine used to look like the one in the small pic. Just the barrel extended past the pump grip.
