Bullet-resistant does not mean bullet proof. Like water resistant watches, don't get them wet.

Second Chance has a very good record I understand with their vests.  Of course they offer several levels of protection and several models.  Maybe they are trying to make this model too light.  Obviously they aren't the most comfortable thing to wear, and the industry has been trying to make vests lighter and thinner, but if they do that, they have to do adequate research on the consequences of making vests more comfortable.

It's not just Second Chance it's the Zylon that's not working out for anyone.
