And before anyone corrects me:
The video incorrectly labels them bulldozers. Would you have clicked on a thread called Front Loader fight? |
We know.
Unfortunately the OP of the other thread isn't smart enough to put the word "bulldozer" in the thread title. |

Chinese redneck version of Robot Wars? Don't they have that in Texas too?
I like at the end how everyone is standing around looking mildly ashamed.

Transformers, more than meets the eye, transformers, robots in disguise ..... Constructicons

I think China is becoming what Florida would be like if there were no laws.

at first they honestly seemed majestic, like a spring moose fight.
Fuck it, i'll have a coke. |
That was pretty much as cool as my 7 year old self imagined it might be. Only downside was that there wasn't more of it.

Combatants 4 and 5 were just icing on an already incredible cake.
And Trump thinks we're going to win against that?!?!?!?!?!
Those are construction guys who want to work! |
That was fucking fantastic. Who wants to start a league with me?
I never knew I wanted to have a bulldozer fight. But now, I really do.

Loaders would have to be more entertaining than dozers. Dozers would just be a pushing match, probably without any flipping over. I wonder what triggered that whole thing? They have combine demo derbies at some of the county fairs now. |

This needs to be a new sport. But with souped up dozers. Sure beats the hell out of tractor pulls You guys mean loaders, right? Dozers are very slow and have a low center of gravity. It would be boring. Loaders are much more tippy, have a bucket than can be used to flip opponents, and some of them can go over 20mph. |

Texas or Florida, this was a call out thread.
I expect good things (weird if you're in Florida) from you both. |

I think a match with some good front loaders with backhoe attachments would be cool if there was a way to seat the driver and the backhoe operator at the same time. I also thought that the fire department could raise some money if they had a snorkel vs. tower ladder derby, but they didn't think my idea would appeal to the city council. |

That looked really expensive!
And the cameraman had one fucking job. |

Oh damn, that was the coolest thing I've seen in a while. I want more!

What the hell? I really, really, really wish I knew the backstory here. Apparently two rival companies were competing for a govt contract and things got ugly. And by 'competing' of course I mean 'seeing who could pay the biggest bribe'. |
