9 felony convictions at by age 14 wtf?

He's been arrested at least 13 times and has nine felony convictions. It started at age 11 when he stole a car. Other crimes include fraud, robbery, and burglary. "We need to get him off the streets and we need to get him off the streets very quickly," said Jamie Brown with Winter Haven Police. Brown said Stephene needs help, jail time, or maybe both. |

After the 3rd or 4th felony conviction, there needs to be a process in place where the person is just dumped in the defective pile, parted out, we cut our losses, and move on.

Where is the dad? If he is an immigrant and not a US citizen, either jail him or jail then deport..or just deport. This is why there should be ZERO welfare for bastard kids. Ideally the scum will encounter a gun carrying person who shoots and kills the scum in self-defense. A decent person may end up raped, seriously injured or killed by that genetic defect. Hey, at 14, I was armed and dangerous, too. Armed with a .22 rifle, a 20 ga shotgun, and dangerous to rabbits, squerls, and pheasants. Oh, but I had zero arrests, and zero felony convictions, though. I guess I wasn't as thuggish as I thought.
