What a holiday gift!
------------- http://abcnews.go.com/US/missing-california-super-mom-found-safe-sheriffs-office/story?id=43764177 Sherri Papini, 34, was reported missing on Nov. 2, 2016, after she went for a run in the afternoon and never came home. Papini was last seen jogging alone on Sunrise Drive in Redding, California, according to a poster that was distributed in the search effort. The mother of two young children has been described by her family as a "super mom." |

Sounds like she either didn't want to be a "supermom" or was held hostage
|
|
It will be interesting to see how it plays out. Either held hostage/escaped or she just left on her own accord.
|
|
Reports are saying she's been found. She's in an undisclosed hospital.
This is pretty local to me. I've got freinds that know her. |
|
Good that she surfaced, hope all is well.
What did she do to get the SUPER MOM title? Sounds like 90% of the non FSA Mom's out there |
|
|
Went jogging and goes missing?
Hopefully she's safe and not hurt. |
|
that's a textbook Great Shift

Well, that's one way to get some peace and quiet.

I finally kicked her out of bed!
...so does that make me a Super Motherfucker?? |
|
Where was she found?
Women are at risk jogging alone. There were two killed in the New York city region not long ago. Women need to be able to defend themselves against human scum that are far too common. |

It's a small area we're in and from everything I've heard she sounds like a good lady. |

something weird about that story. not a lot of detail for something pretty serious going on. Even if she's having an affair, she wouldn't just up and disappear, she'd know husband would come looking.
wonder what really happened. |

The iPhone with the earbuds and hair stuck in it could suggest foul play, but it also suggests, "Fuck it!" It's odd.

Reports are saying she was kidnapped by two women. She got away on her own, and she flagged down a car on a nearby road.
Two Hispanic woman at large. KCRA- #UPDATE: Sherri Papini was bound with restraints and was able to flag down a driver along I-5, the sheriff's office said. |

View Quote That's wild. And awesome. The best outcome they could hope for, really. I know people that know the family really well, doesn't seem like someone who would make things like this up for attention. That being said, I really hope it isn't a bs story for attention, that would be pretty terrible. |

has there ever been another case where 2 women kidnapped another random woman and held her hostage for 3 weeks?

Yeah that's tripping the WTF meter. No ransom, no motive. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Most likely scenario is Sherri went on a sex or drug bender, or both. Maybe thats judging her unfairly, but 99% of the time women cry rape it seems like its made up. And now we're suitably suspect of these claims. Frankly it sounds made up. |

Wouldn't be the first time someone made up a story that "some Puerto Rican" kidnapped someone. |

I read the title and thought, "ugh, another safe thread. We'll never find out what was in the safe!"

The Papinis are family friends of ours. She disappeared off of a relatively rural road while out jogging solo. Not somewhere where you just decide to keep on walking and not look back. She wasn't out on a "bender" as you geniuses surmise.

Seems fishy but I hope the story is true for her and her family. |

Wouldn't be surprised if she wanted to just get away. And probably fucking some dude.
Yeah, she just disappears with no ransom or nothing and is "found safe". Smells like bs |
|
Lol @ the people saying that they hope the story is true and that she didn't just runaway and make up a story.
Yeah, because being kidnapped, held for three weeks while having God knows what done to her is better than her having an affair or trying to runaway. |
|
Seems weird. She was kidnapped 3 weeks ago, and her kidnappers were still driving her around in the same area 3 weeks later, without a ransom demand?
I say same area since the article states her husband was reunited with her soon after they found her. |

That would make more sense than being kidnaped by two Hispanic woman and held for three weeks, then released. |

Who knows at this point. |

Sounds like a variation on the Runaway Bride story from a few years back. |
