I put this on the GD so everyone can get in on it. Don't want to sound racist to the non team members.

Here goes:

Post pics of your best grouping, and what toy you used for said grouping. Include what ammo and at what range.

Let's see who has the SHIT

If this is a Dupe, then sorry.

Well....I don't have a pic, but my best was 5 shots at 100yards all within a quarter and touching. This was with a scoped 20" AR15 and handloads, from the bench. I was able to do 4 quite easily after awhile, but on shot number 5 the nerves always kicked in.

Shot with my 20th Anniv. 20" bushy, only mod was a jp enterprise trigger. From sandbags, 100 yds, 5 shots.

Using 52gr match bullets in LC brass, varget, and cci br primers. Leupy 3x9 scope.

My BEST group was 7 shots in the same hole at 100 yds with my 700 PSS, witnessed by a few arfcommers at Gibsons range in mesquite tx. Never did it again.

I've never shot benchrest.

My ONLY time shooting paper was with my SKS at about 75 yards while standing. Wasnt pretty I assure you, but it'd be good enough for a chest shot anyways.

I only shoot from the bench to see what the rifle and ammunition can do.

I prefer prone.

Well, I guess that means I win.

I dont have good pics of groups, but may after I set up my varmint bolt rifle....

I love this pic and have posted it a few times...did this with my 10/22 at 50 yards.
This is just one of many.....at 50 yards, I can consistently hit thumbtacks, match sticks, .22LR casings. I have no problem putting 5 shots into 1/2" groups. At 50 its an absolute tack driver.....at 100 .22LR loses its accuracy, but 50, I challenge anyone to do better than the ballistics of a .22.....just a great, cheap, shooting round.

Don't take this wrong, it is a cool pic.
And I am not saying you did this, but if I took my 10/22 to the range, and set up 10 cases side by side, then I could have many shells like this to.

That's why groups are shot.

By no means is this a winner in a precision context, but it does demonstrate that the PSL is not the joke that many purport it to be...
