That picture made me sick when I first saw it.  It's awsome to get an update, and see how healthy and happy the pup looks.

Oh and Tank approves as well.

My wife and American Bulldog Sally dispute that you could be an asshole if you rescue a dog.

You did good and the Boxer looks awesome.

Warms my heart! I rescued my boxer about 4 years ago, Just had to put her down 3 days after Thanksgiving. Hardest thing I have ever had to do. Been Thinking about getting another one but I'm just not ready yet

I lost the guy in my avatar a couple days before my birthday. I made it 5 days before i had another puppy in my hands. In hind site it was a mistake. I hold him to the stadard of my other dog. every dog is different and that's just how it is.

I still love the new guy but he did not fill the hole the loss of my boy left.

Great job! Someone left a cat in our neighborhood from an eviction. I hate cats, but feed it everyday. Nothing should ever starve.

I worked down in East St. Louis doing labor work for a few years.  There were always stray packs of dogs running around.  I would always keep a big bag of cheap dog biscuits in the truck to toss out the window when I would see them.  Wasn't much, but they definately enjoyed it.

I lost my beloved 13 year-old chihuahua the day before Thanksgiving.   I wasn't ready for another dog either but I went and rescued a new pup last Wednesday after I saw her picture on line.  She is supposedly half chihuahua and half minpin.   She is a cutie and is helping me with the pain of the loss of my chihuahua.  Coming home from work to an empty house was pretty tough.

Looks like my new pup is fairly bright and energetic.   She also has a pretty face and looks like a little teddy bear.

My next door neighbors have a pretty female boxer.   Whenever I am outside doing yardwork in the summer or spring, she always comes over and hangs out with me.   She has some long pedigree and I think my neighbors paid a ton of money for her.   Sweet dog and very gentle.

I got my boxer from a rescue. Her owners got rid of her because she didn't play well with the pugs lol! She has turned out to be the best dog we have ever had! She listens, doesn't beg, potty trained, loves a lazer pen and never leaves the yard.

I love happy stories like these!
