What was the suspect thinking pulling out a snub-nose 5 shot on 2 cops? Wow. EDIT: says it was a pellet gun. I thought it looked like a snubby on 1st watching. |

Good on both officers. The male officer went from hands on to guns out fast. I've never been a fan of strobes but HMMV. Of course it may have worked in his favor that the perp gave him some reactionary distance. And I don't mean to MMQB the female officer because there will undoubtedly be a ton of that. She may have been thinking taser long (as in tenths of seconds) before she was faced with a lethal threat. Her commands before the shooting indicate, at least to lil old me, that she knows more than a little about the job. "Let me tell you what page were on, get outside, that's what page were on." |
