Bloomberg is not even trying to hide it, and is suggesting that Obama openly direct the executive branch to ignore existing law. The "Tiahrt amendments", as they are known, limit the BATFE and direct the FBI to destroy NICS background check records after 24 hours. This is inconvenient for Bloomberg et al and they presumably know better anyway, so don't let a law stand in the way of progress.
Bloomberg also said Obama should direct his agencies to cease adherence to the “Tiahrt Amendment” a law which prevents local law enforcement agencies from full access to federal gun databases.

These fucking liberals can't contain themselves.
I imagine what transpired in Albany last night will OPEN THE FLOOD GATES for the rest of these communists to begin introducing their own utopian anti gun agenda. |

Since Bloomberg is wiser and more wonderful than I am, there must be merit to the idea of ignoring laws and just doing whatever one wants to do.
There must not be any undesirable consequences to this approach...like maybe someone ignoring the laws that prohibit tarring and feathering a mayor. |

These people are out of control. It's insane. I feel like I've woken up from a dream in a different world. Encouraging the .gov to ignore the law and do what it wants. That is what tyranny is by definition.

What a brilliant idea! The President who is the main law enforcement agent in the US can ignore laws? Well then, why should I? Damn! Bloomberg is a fucking moran.

Time to put the shoe on the other foot.

Nobody has been a stronger advocate for the 2nd Amendment as Mayor Michael Bloomberg. At least that's what his brain thinks, which tells me the dude is from another Planet. Yep, Bloomberg is a Klingon from Uranus.

So Bloomberg is inciting insurrection, of course the one who can do anything about it is complicit.
