Had a deer tick on my leg. Looked like he just got started as he was very, very , small! Less than 1/16" I don't get grossed out over these things but I worry about Lyme Disease. They remind me of welfare abusers. Feeding off of the hardworking animals for free. I get them all the time since I'm always out in the woods and such. I guess I picked him up at the range yesterday. The grass was a bit high. Good thing I lounge around in my underwear all day long! I'd never find these little bastards! [:D]

Working on the golf course and living in the middle of the woods(Yes Long Island does have some woods)I have had Lymes disease 5 times. I only had the classic rash the first incidence but after that I learned what the other symtoms felt like. If you begin to have some inexplicable strange symtoms like fatigue, muscle aches, joint pain etc I suggest you go and have a blood test taken to see if you have Lymes. Talk to your doctor first since there are a couple of types of tests and some will not report accurately if taken too close to the time of the bite. Good luck.
