I have found a company that sells blank fireing full autos, AK's, M-4's, Thompsons, Scorpiens, etc., all full auto, and very good looking copys, they fire PMC blanks, so are these legal?, if so can they be converted to live semi-autos, and are the PMC blanks the same as standard blanks?....

they cannot be converted. if they were then they'd be considered post sample machineguns.

Those are made with substandard materials compared to a real gun. It would explode and likely severely injure you or kill you if you tried using one to fire a live round.

Hmm...just playing Devils' Advocate here...but, how is it that "Airsoft" is considered ghey, and these $700 cap guns are not?

They are legal because they don't shoot a projectile...they are, by definition, not firearms...just expensive noisemakers...
