There have been 78 American contractor casualties since the start of the war. A good friend of mine just deployed there with Blackwater and I haven't heard from him in about a week. We email each other fairly often. The recent news of the two contractors killed has me worried.

ETA the list at the link below doesn't specify which companies the casualties work for, but I suspect a lot of them work for Blackwater.

Thank you. He is a local LEO and retired Army CID warrant officer. He is super gung-ho and wanted to contribute to the war effort. He spent a month training with Blackwater and then another couple of months waiting for an assignment. He has been over there about two weeks now.
