She's going to get a bit darker, babies are always lighter skinned, but no where near as dark as the parents. Her facial features look black though.

I definitely expected this to be a mixed race family.
The boundaries of "white" and "black" in the US and other areas that had significant slave populations can really be blurred. I'm about as much of a WASP as you can be (ancestors came over on the Arbella in 1630) but I've seen "black" people with skin that's as light as or lighter than mine. |

Saw an older albino black lady the other day in a restaurant.
At first i thought "Ugliest...woman...ever"  But then she sat with her family, and i looked closer, and it made sense... She would have looked normal if she were black, but black features and white skin don't mix... |

Genetics can be weird sometimes. We had a Filipina friend who had a pure white, blonde eyed, blue-haired girl. Her dad was german, but you'd never imagine that her mother was asian, she had no asian features at all.

A family came in where the father was black and the mother was Chinese. They had 4 children. Two of them took after their father such that you couldn't tell their mother was asian. They looked like average American black folks. But the other two had a kind of dark olive skin tone and very asian facial features. It was interesting. |

Look at the skin tone of the parents. If the mother were sleeping with the mailman, the baby's skin tone would look more like the current president rather than lily-white.
The kid may be leucistic rather than albino, or it could just be a really, really strange quirk of genetics. |
