I was at a restaurant in Wichita Falls and saw a chili cheese chicken fried steak. I knew it would either be one of the worst things I've ever tried or one of the best. Turns out is was really great....the place was out of business the next time I was up that way.

On a side note, if you want weird food that doesn't make sense and will probably clog your arteries, Wichita Falls is the place
