"This bill was scrapped on Jan 26th. I wonder why this is being reported as it being new. A 2 min google search lead me to find that it was scrapped due to overwhelming negative response."

Every year idiot state legislators in Mississippi introduce stupid bills that don't have a prayer of getting passed.

Some woman introduces a bill every year or so to ban guns and such.

They are simply catering to their voter base, Some state legislature districts are gerrymandered to have a majority of idiot voters. That must have come from such a district.
