In Green Bay, WI last July 4th 232 people were shown the text of the Bill of Rights, without being told what it was, and asked to sign a petition supporting it.

60% refused to sign, many saying the "proposals" would excessively interfere with law enforcement activities.

Only 11 people recognized the Bill of Rights.
