Nice. The last part where Bill said you will never talk to a customer service rep. is really true. I had and issue which was totally my fault and called up and spoke to Bill. Great company and what a story!

Very well said, probably preaching to the choir for most of us, but if it only reaches a handful of people and "wakes" them up then it was worth his effort.
That and I love his triggers, 2 SSA'a, 1 SSA-E, and 1 SD3G in my family and they fucking rock. ETA, shit I just might buy another trigger from him after this vid. |
