I went to see a local trapper last night and he had this wolf on his wall. At first I thought it was a bear. You can see how wide it's paw is. It's paw is twice as wide as my hand.

Isn't the pelt usually stretched as its dried? Also, you're looking at the circumference of the paw/leg, rather than the actual width, aren't you?
