Can you imagine Joe Biden hitting the Sunday Morning talk show circuit the way VP Cheney did after 9/11? Cheney was articulate, focused, cogent in his answers. and sounded like he was or should have been the president, honestly. The man is a good speaker when confronted with unscripted questions. He was so good, advisers to President Bush thought he should back off from being too visible because it made Bush look bad.
Then there's Joe. Honestly, I just can't imagine this guy as CiC, in charge of protecting the nation's national security. Our enemies would laugh so hard they'd piss their pants. He's a clown-the butt of many jokes. People make gaffs when they're in public office, and I understand that. But this guy....... |
