I need a new internal hard drive. For you IT guys out there, what's the best deal going right now? This one from Buy.com caught my eye, but I thought I'd pose it here before buying:

Don't buy anything but Seagate anymore. They offer a 5 year warranty.

Newegg is great. I order about $20,000 a year from them. I personally like seagate drives better.

Get a Western Digital, best you can get IMHO.

Here ya go, get it today during the one day sale and it's $169 and free shipping. 300 gig WD HD

ETA: You have to buy it by 5:30pm PST to get that price.

Shop around

I recently got a Seagate 200GB, 7200rpm, 8mb buffer HD from Outpost for $69 after $50 mail in rebate.

They have a Maxtor 250 GB, 7200RPM, 16mb buffer on sale for $129 (no rebates) this week.
