My wife's chocolate chip cookies are amazing. Everyone who has tried them agrees. I'm also a big fan of homemade sugar cookies with thick icing on top. One time my wife made her chocolate chip cookies and iced sugar cookies for some party. I decided to make a choclate chip cookie sandwich with the icing. I almost died from the awesome....or possibly a heart attack.
