Been fighting the flu, having some trouble sleeping at night. Just looking for something to help put me to sleep faster and fight this cold off.

Tylenol PM? Nyquil? Tranquilizers?

Nyquil does it for me.

Behind the counter Nyquil. You have to ask the Pharmacist for it due to the tweakers.

Just be careful. Michael overdid it.

I have found that a couple stiff shots of Cuervo followed by a Blowjob helps me go to sleep fast.

I do pretty good on 3 beers + 1 Tylenol PM.

I sleep the whole night, but I don't really feel rested when I wake up.

Just have to ask for a bottle of 'real' Nyquil. Or the Nyquil with Sudafed in it. There are CVS & Walgreen generic brands too, bottle I just got had a yellow box on the label "Pseudoephedrine". You can blend your own, It's a dose of: Tylenol, Sudafed, (Pseudoephedrine), Unisom (doxylamine succinate), and Dextromethorphan. Pseudoephedrine is obviously what the tweakers make meth from and kids are apparently abusing dextromethorphan now as well.

Diphenhydramine aka Benedryl. Almost all of non-script sleep aids use it as the primary active ingredient. It's the additive that makes the PM medicines what they are. The generic stuff can be had pretty damn cheap ~$3 for 100. It's a hell of a lot cheaper than drinking.

Couple Tyenol PM and a shot of Nyquil always did the trick for me...

Not saying it is good for you, but it sure worked.

Why make or take a chemical coctail when only one of the listed drugs are responsible for inducing sleep? Especially since psuedophedrine is a stimulant.
It's like the cough medications that couple a cough suppressant with an expectorant. It doesn't make sense.

I vote for dyphenhydramine (Benadryl) and/or valarian root (OTC herbal supplement). Both work for me. dyphenhydramine puts me down and keeps me there for quite some time.

Sex.

Just a mention of the act puts my wife to sleep.  That or induces a headache.

Flexiril  - a muscle relaxer that really relazes my 'staying awake' muscle.

Tylenol PM.  Adios world.

And of course Ambien - unless it makes you homicidal or something.

My top three.

OTC: Benadryl

Rx: Soma (Carisoprodol) a real muscle relaxer.
