Trying to loose 10lbs in a few weeks, Want to get down to 190 (what I should weight)

What did you find to be the fastest?

The fastest is normally crack or meth, but I wouldnt recommend it.

Yup the low-carb things works well, if you can withstand the "black shits", you're home free.

It basically makes me carnivorous, which is quite nice anyway I dropped about 20 lbs in 3-4 and want to drop another say 10 in the next 3 weeks.

Low carb diet is the fastest. But if you're only 10lbs overweight I'd say exersice more. And it's not a bad idea to eat only one hotdog instead of two

Go paleolithic.

Not just for a few weeks, but as a lifestyle.
I disagree that simply decreasing calories and increasing exercise is enough for everybody. Carbohydrate sensitivity is well documented in studies. I know at least one guy who is now 6'3", 190#. He exercises and only eats every other day, and then only some fruit (last time I saw him, he didn't know about low carb eating apparently).
