I helped run the range this last Saturday at out local range here in Fresno,CA and the National ghuard was there with some toys. I got to shoot the M60, M-249, M-16 and an MP-5. I never though Id get a chance to Rock N Roll in Cali. Kinda a weird experaince. I have to say the M-60 is fun as hell to get crazy with. ive figured I need to move to a class 3 state soon though. Anyone know what a transferable M-60 goes for on the market?

I was on www.auctionarms.com the other night, and saw an M-60 that had been modified to fire semi-auto ONLY, going for upwards of $5000 [shock] Still couldn't sell it to CA. I wanna move to a class 3 state too. Saw some videos of guys at Knob Creek and other places shooting a 1919 Browning...I think I'm in [s]love[/s] lust...

Price depends on the make, model, condition etc. but to start you're looking at about $14k for a beat up RIA all the way up to $27-30+ for a NIB Maremont.

I think you could get one for under $10,000.

$5500-$6500 seems to be the average going rate these days... Our last transferable M16 was $4500, but it was an "inside" deal through a friend!
