Well its been years since I have posted a dinner pic. Here's tonights dinner. Hi protein, low carbs. Well except for the glass of Merlot.

Steak, grillled to perfection at med well. Green beans. Glass of Merlot
The usual acoutrements, Glock 22 with 15rd mag, stapler, tapemeasure, gerber knife, First Freedom mag and my watch to cover up my address

Come on lordtrader work your way down to medium rare (at least). Season the stake to taste, sear the steak in peanut oil in a hot pan before it hits the grill. Then put it on a high flame for 2-5 min depending on thickness. You will get your grill marks, and your mouth will thank you!

Yep, have been for the past 3yrs. more like a lifestyle now. Although through this phase I eat carbs. Just watch the high glycemic carbs like starches and such. I eat bread now, whole grain. And drink wine, obviously. Have lost 35lbs the first year and about 2-3in around the waist. Have managed to maintain my weight and lower blood pressure. My weight flutuates now from 195-200lbs. Most people that see me though swear that I look like I weigh 180.
