I did a search, but did not find this subject. Should I pay for the Rhino Liner, spend a couple hundred or so, or go to Menards and get the $79.00 Hercoliner and do it my self?

I got Rhino in my '03 2500. I wouldn't do it again... I'd go with LineX. I think that's what it's called. My buddy has that and it seems to hold up better then my Rhino lining. I would, however, do another spray in though.

rhino liner and line-x seem to be the way to go. Do-it yourself kits work, but probably wont look near as nice.

if its a beater, save some $$$ and do it yourself

if you have a nice truck...pay the pros

I put a roll-on liner made by Bondo, called Bondoliner,in my S-10.Iit has lasted 3 years with some big chips in it, overall its not too bad, but I plan on keeping it for a while and wish now I would have spent the $$ on LineX. My dad has herculiner in his Ram and its starting to peel off in a few spots after about 6months. So, if you plan on keepin it, and got the cash its way worth getting a spray in.

I've had both Rhino (10 years) and Line-X (1 year so far).

Equal, as far as I can tell.
