It's a very good game.  If you like Batman and games, especially story driven, decision based games, I highly recommend it.

I'm a big fan of the Telltale games, and I like Batman so far. It has a few quirks that I'm not keen on (like the shift+key QTEs) but it definitely has been good from a story standpoint. It seemingly has no love for convention and some of the twists have been pretty good so far.

I've been turned off from Telltale Games ever since their Game of Thrones title which was pretty much "Your choice doesn't really matter since you'll get the same outcome, anyway."

A lot of it is definitely the illusion of choice.

It is really hard to make a game that is truly a user defined story.

The way I see the Telltale games is a lot like how Bioware handled Mass Effect. The story is going to play out the way they wrote it, the player simply has the ability to play it as a dick or a mensch.

No wonder why I prefer the Witcher over all of them.

Well, that and Witcher is actually a game you play.

Telltale "games" are more or less interactive TV shows in which you watch what happens, then offer your minimal input on the tone of how you want the hero to respond to the story as it unfolds.

It doesn't get any better than the Witcher.

It's good, but the detective puzzle games are stupid. The Wolf Among Us was much better.

Just finished episode 5.  That was a really, really good game.  Hopefully Telltale plans on making a sequel.

I liked it.

It isn't my all time favorite Telltale game though, that is still Wolf Among Us.

Walking Dead Season Three drops next week, and the teaser for Guardians of the Galaxy looks interesting.
