Solid deal all around and great glass for the price.  It is a screw drive lens instead of an ultrasonic motor, so AF is noisy, BUT all around is a great lens.

Nikon and Canon crop sensor cameras only.

That's a great deal.  And it does have an internal focus motor, but it's still noisy as hell.  Just something you have to get used to.
