Doubtful. I live in the most populated county in Vermont. Very blue. Very few "incidents" involving "gun violence". So few, in fact, that it makes the news when shots are fired and nobody gets hurt.

I'm guessing that per 100,000... probably.

It's probably also very variable. Because each instance doesn't even out. And most of California, geographically, is VERY safe. It's just that the parts that aren't... REALLY aren't.

I am starting a list of blue "ban" type states and I refuse to give them any money.

I feel bad that South Florida has turned the whole state blue...but in NW Florida we voted 70% for Republicans.
