Just curious if it would be worth getting it for just planning offline, like in singleplayer and mp with bots. What say you?

Eh, Battlefield's strength is always its multiplayer. If they had co-op missions, maybe, but that defeats the purpose of playing offline.

Short answer: No, not really.

Agreed, what makes BC2 great is the multiplayer.



Frustrating at times, but still great.

It doesn't have bot support like the old BF games. You get the short single player campaign.



And no, it isn't worth it.

If you aren't gonna play multi-player, any of the Battlefield games are an easy pass.
