I shot this last Saturday at the Supercross track in High Falls GA. I was just off the side of the track as they took off from the gate. That was a rush!
Nikon D1, 70-210 lens at 70mm, F7.1, 1/180th

I think it is just the blur of it. I was panning the shots and it could have been at the angle sorta. It was getting dark on me, so I had the iso jacked up. ETA: I went back to the original shot and what we are seeing is the reflection of trees on the side window, the truck is out of focus and the panning of the camera is causing that to look odd. Thanks for the comment. |

I'm hoping to get some pics like that in Oct. A friend of mine is entering a vintage motocross race then. He was the Maritime Canada champion 2 years straight.
He's 63 years old now...
