My Shopping list from this evening :
1/2 lb Fresh Jumbo Shrimp 1/2 lb Fresh Sea Scallops 2 heads of Garlic 1 Med Red Onion 2 Sticks unsalted butter 1 Bottle Marinated Artichoke Hearts Fresh Italian Parsley 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce 1 Head Romaine Lettuce 1 Hydroponic Cucumber Organic Carrots and Green Peppers 1 750 ml Bottle Pinot Grigio 3/4 lb Fresh Linguini 1 Loaf Fresh Italian Bread 2 Freshly Made Crème Boulet ( Unfired till right before serving ) I'm cooking for two tonight so it's Shrimp & Scallop Scampi , but this list isn't unusual . I like to cook and I like good food as fresh as possible , so I probably go food shopping 4-5 times a week . Some may think the way I indulge in food and it's preparation is crazy . Including my GF , but then she sure as hell has no problem showing up to eat |

What the hell kind of bachelor has a list?
I head over the meat section, then get some milk, then head to the chips and soda section. If I'm feeling like it I'll head to the bread section, but after about six slices I have to toss the rest so I don't get it much. |

Whatever. I can cook now, and that seems to make more girls want to come home with me than saying "Yeah baby, last night I whipped up another box of mac-n-cheese....I tell ya what the white cheese and shells version is my favorite what's yours?" Not that I cook for them. But they seem to think I might. |

I haven't bought groceries in years. I use the meals-on-wheels accounts of several deceased seniors from the neighborhood to gather all the food I require.

I am new at this bachelor shit,so give me time.I have a piece of paper on the fridge that I write shit down when I see I need it.I don't actually bring the list WITH ME,but I do it out of memory. Needless to say,I never complete the list when I go shopping.Cast Iron pan and ribeye has been on my list for 2 weeks now.
No need,I bought the industrial strength 20 pack at Sams club a couple of weeks ago.Marie Callendar's frozen dinners were on sale also,2 fer 5 bucks.I have a freezer full of that shit as well. Funny thing is,I am a great cook,but I find myself cooking less and less.I like cooking for the wimminz,but i don';t like cooking for myself. |

more ramen. never enough ramen. Paper towels. the soft type from the dollar store. 1$ for like a weeks worth of ass paper. Rice by the pound. it is tasty delecious. Canned beans, pinto with onion. add to rice. dinner of champions. ham with cheese bits in it already. Captian john desrts bread. white bread sucks. yellow bread is the best. Antipersperspiant.(sp?) usually speed stic gel 24/7. |
