a HDPE unit is just like making popcorn.  
you need corn and oil and heat.
the hot poped corn falls down into a big hopper.

not dangerous at all

Eye witness on the 9pm news stated that the explosion was triggered when a forklift punctured a vessle containing flamable chemicals. Still burning like hell. Locals advised to shelter in place.
