No tax cuts, or staffing problems had anything to do with it.

He then states that Clinton did the right thing by pulling our troops out immediately.
YEAH, RIGHT! he took a battle that was a hard won victory, and turned the whole operation into an embarassing defeat, leaving the U.S. looking like turn tailed cowards. Strengthening that notion in the minds of the likes of Bin Laden.
