You don't.
It's just an animation that plays automatically anytime you are running and go prone or straffing. Other people see you doing it whenever you go running and dive/turn, there is no special key stroke that causes that particular dive motion to happen. |

Just animation. There is NO keyboard key or trick to do that.
You don't see it yourself in 1st person viewing. Other players will see it though. |
