Ok, I have never posted links or photos on AR15, so this is my first try. If they are done incorrectly, I apologize. Awesome Paint Job! This very special Mi-24 helicopter is presently flying in Afghanistan where it is no doubt causing quite a stir! www.virtual-chucksan.com/temp/Mi-24_1.JPG www.virtual-chucksan.com/temp/Mi-24_2.JPG www.virtual-chucksan.com/temp/Mi-24_3.JPG

Well, dang! Maybe someone could reply and tell me how to do this. Sorry about the mess.. I am a one-man thread leading to nothing! Well, try to copy & paste 'em into your browser. They are pretty neat pics.

The next time you post or reply look for a link to Board Code. Ain't HTML but it's close.

Do NOT let that birdie shit on your head.. Kind of a one per customer experience.. You think the Russians are taking a "Paybacks are a bitch" attitude this time around in Afghanistan? Meplat-

Go see my reply to your thread at the lodge. It should help. Use ubb, not html.

Hit the quote icon right next to the edit icon. Just over the post with pics. You'll see the code used to make the pics show.

Thanks for all the replies and suggestions about posting links and about the helicopter pics. I have seen that "123 of posting..." tacked there many times, but wouldn't you know it... I never read it. I guess I figured HTML would do it. Wrong again! LOL!! You may be right, TimJ, about the chopper not being in Afghanistan... I guess I just accepted the text as fact since it came from a trusted source. But we all get fooled every now and then. Thanks again.

It's the airshow bird for the Hungarian 87TH Bakony Combat Helicopter Wing, I think they call it the "Tweety Bird". The fixed wing guys have an SU-27 or something painted the same way. Not sure but I think the Afganistan angle is a load of crap, course you never know.
