Avatar Help - AR15.COM

I'm having size issues, can someone resize this so I can use it as my avatar? I can get it resized but not under 20kb.

Nothing to special, I was putting together an A1 clone and found some cool beat up furniture at camp perry. Next step is to throw it down the driveway a few times
