I just heard this last night on the radio, something from a newspaper saying the Fed had seized a shipment of thousands of AK's & many more bipods.
Some believe it was intended for Atzlan members. Can anyone find the source? I looked on the web but didn't see anything about it.

It happens about once a year, a shipping container full of Chinese weapons will get picked up on the West Coast. Usually its full-auto AKs, RPKs, a buttload of ammo, maybe a few RPGs, etc. They always believe its headed for the gang of the month (skin heads, triads, Russian mob, etc).

That's nice to know. I wonder if this is like the mexican problem, you know, they catch 100,000 and 1,000,000 get thru?

They check less than 10% of the containers coming into the US every year.
The last container of AK's that I am they caught was during Klintons reign, it was a Norinco co shipment who's siezure coincided with Beelzabubba giving the Chinese MIRV capabilities.

These shipments routinely make it through, some get caught
