Name and phone# of a good attorney that has experience in dealing with police misconduct and incompetence.  The local bar owes too many favors to the local police, and or have an ax to grind, and it is basically impossible to press forward with a case.  If the attorney has no local connections, then he can examine the case on its merits, and give an unbiased opinion.  Your recommendations are highly welcome.
