I hope someone can clear this up for me, I was at the local fun store, and heard a rumor that is going around about the pit in Owatta.  

Rumor is, sometime this past couple of weeks, someone had a AD, and someone got either killed or hurt really bad.  
When that happened, it closed down for a bit, and now it is closed a couple of days a week.  
Not sure if it is true, but you might want to call before you head down.
