I broke my Atlas bipod last night after over tightening the tension knob. Sent them an email this morning asking if I can purchase replacement parts or repair service, and am waiting for a response. While I wait I was wondering if anyone else has dealt with this company's customer service before? Or has any insite how they have handled situations like this in the past? And when I say situations like this yes I mean idiots like myself.
